I have no idea what was going on there, the permissions were exactly the same as every other webpage in the directory. I reset the permissions and it seems to work fine now.
Must be like GBM said and it happened when the server took a beating in August.

Yup, it works now.
I've noticed a couple of other minor inconveniances that probably don't warrant a new thread, so I'll post them here.
1. Why not make "title.jpg" a hyperlink that leads to the main page? As it is now, I can't see an easy way to go to the main page from any of the links Duncan posted, and I guess it's that way with all pages.
2. That TTLG Poll thingie shows some errors (Drivers error '80004005' and so on), probably because there isn't an active poll? (okay, not really an inconvenience but I thought I'd mention it anyway)

The hub is a complete travesty and needs beating with a huge stick. There will be no work on it until we do something about the whole thing.
