i got a quest from the thief guy gentelman somthing or other, john stacy i think, anyways.. he told me to find some forged land deed at the vivic library, where is that? or what hes talking about

The Library is in the Hall of Wisdom/Justice building thats around the temple.

The Halls of Justice & Wisdom are the below the temple on the Temple Canton in Vivcc. As you approach the Temple Canton from the north, you'll see 2 doors on the Waistworks level - to the east is the Hall of Justice, to the west is the Hall of Wisdom.
If you're curious, here's the location of the deed:
[spoiler]When you enter the hall, there will be a "front" and a "back" room. The front room has a planter in the middle with mushrooms. Go into the back room, which has 4 bookshelves. The second bookshelf from the left, on the bottom shelf. It'll be under another book with a corner sticking out. [/spoiler]
