I managed to open the hatch on the sunken boat next to the North Dock, and I even broke open the crates inside. While I was going up for air, though, my biocell gave out completely. So now I have no light source at all. And it's too dark in there to try to go in without light - I drown every time. But I want that weapon upgrade! Anyone have any suggestions how I can find another light source before I leave Liberty Island? (I've already completed all the primary missions.)

there is no reason why you can't reserve your bioelectric level. that's it. unless you have flare darts.

I've had some torches. They burn under water and give a bit of light.

i didn't have probs with that. i just didn't switch my flashlight on before i entered the boat.

Forgive me if i'm being patronising, but you do know that the torch runs from your Bioelectricity which can be recharged with BioCells, yes? You should have loads of them, as you have no other Augs at this point unless you got zapped by the power box...

He meant flare. I'm not sure torch means flashlight anywhere but England. Isn't there a bio recharger in the bottom floor of the statue? Why is it so important? There are plenty of upgrades later, meanwhile aim low the first shot, then second to head then lower to chest, repeat just like a real 45. Sorry...forgot...you live in a civilised country.With guns its all or nothing. Have a pint a bitter for me mate, I miss the stuff.

You can always turn the light on only the moment you enter the hold and turn it off the moment you see the hatch on your way back out. I do it that way and never use up more than 5% of bioenergy even though I go up and down twice: once to smash the crates open, once to collect everything.

1) Go back to where you started, jump off the pier. Enter the cage, snag the energy cell. Use it. You now have some more bioelectric energy for your eye implant
2) Toss flares down
3) If you have them, fire flare darts from your crossbow.
Any of the above will work.
