The Lost Temple for Fallout 3 (another Russian Mod), well done, but in order to actually advance you might need to wait 24 hours, save a lot in the trials, and when you first land on the island make sure to visit the doctor's tent, you might have some "action" of the other sort.
When you manage to get into the first trial save and save a lot, the stones do not go to were they seem to belong, there is another order, so save before attempting each pedestal before you screw up.
The other trial is more forgiving as you do not die if you choose the wrong path.
Once you get a right path, memorize your correct path to complete the trial.
The last trial quite easy, but you will need good fire power for several reasons.
I recommend this mod.

Revenants V2.08 for Fallout 3, very short quest, interesting but is not more than 15-10 minutes tops of playtime.
I admit I was expecting a longer quest.
Summer Effect English version 1.0 (Fallout 3) another of those Russian translated mods, too bad it makes the game crash on start.
So I had to use the additional file to fix it, remember to download it when you get the main file.
In the end is a quest of about 1 or 2 hours gameplay, save often when in the maze as is riddled with deep pits, just getting near you will fall in them.
In the end you better tell the girl to wait outside while you take care of business.
So you can have her as a companion.
Not bad, I recommend it.

Blammo Corporation 1.02 (AKA Back from the future) Fallout 3 mod, is nice very near the National Guard Depot, look near for Blammo Corporation Building entrance.
You have to fight hordes of Talon company dudes, and in lower levels even Enclave people.
Is recommended that you explore everything first and then go to the CEO Offices.
Do whatever she says. In the end is just another key hunt quest, but is interesting.
After the end of the mission you might choose to send her away for good, or enroll her as a companion.

Fallout Survivors 1.1 for New Vegas.
Once you get a fast weapon, be aware, the shoulder mounted machine gun can and will make you crash if you shoot constantly, the affected levels, the one with the super mutants, but even more the one with the robots, be advised, shoot one shot at the time, and save every 4 - 5 bots destroyed or you might lose progress, so far the one shot solution seems to have worked out.
In general I would say mostly decent mission, a few defects (see thru brushes, non solid brushes in the sniper level), but not bug free.

For the Enclave 4.0, for FNV. Sorry correction it was Return of the Enclave 0.2.
Loads of enemies, they are too many, also the plasma mines near the Enclave base will knock out repeatedly your followers, you might think again on leaving them far away from that base.
There is a solidity bug after arriving the Enclave bunker (no companions please), you might get back to start and stuck into floor brush, so use TCL to navigate closer to door in the tower (you get there via Vertibird BTW), again bot loads of enemies, kill them get back to Searchlight Airport mind the solidity bug again.
There is an option to start the game (from the beginning I mean) as an Enclave soldier, I've tried but feel free to do so.
Also Tales From The Burning Sands, (FNV) I used version 1.31B with patch 1.31C, given that there seems to be a bug later with a companion of sorts with the Tiger Labs edition. You need to READ and UNDERSTAND what you read, because in this mod there are NO quest markers except a few exceptions. The mod is medium to difficult, but reading and reading again, you might get the necessary clues, and when they mean the lake, think small lake. (I got stuck there for hours looking for something).
Also do not bring companions INSIDE buildings, let them wait outside, there a few no exit back the way you came situations that you need to sort out.
And pick up everything when searching inside buildings, you might need it later for some recipes than HAVE to be done.
All in all lots of hours doing missions.
I still haven't finished it all, I ended the main quest, but the side quests might be complicated to solve.
Also when you are looking for keys, look everywhere, every location, every box, chest and dead body, duffel bag etc.
Some keys are behind small obstacles.
Explore the whole level if you have to, so you don't miss something important.
And save a lot.

Just Played, Of humans and monsters For fo3, nice a bit short though, and to keep alive your companion at the first boss, please save and use a fatman.
Penumbra English version Fo3 (Russian mod again), when you actually get to the Penumbra facility and see a computer with a deep pit in between, save for if you fail the jump, you wont have all the keys you need to come back out. Use TCL if you must as there are jumps and areas VERY difficult to reach other wise.
You need to LOOK hard for keys on desktops and near terminals
The assassin for Fo3, another Russian mod. You have to read your notes carefully, do not miss the loot and keys and more notes to pick up, paper and holotapes.
Also Search for Infinity for Fo3 another Russian mod, not very long but interesting, you might choose to use speech instead of fighting to get your goals.

Rivet City Nightmares Whisperer in the darkness for Fo3, to start you have rent a room in the Weatherly hotel and activate a book.
I had problems finding all the keys so might guess what I had to do.
Heads of Iron for Fo3, Russian mod, I didn't like it much, it has no quests except for one, make sure you save to keep alive the momentary companion and have a powerful sniper rifle (like the Gauss Rifle), there is some places to which you can go inside but don't expect much depth.
