I agree that advertisements are getting increasingly creepy. It's weird seeing advertisements track down my relative location in the half a second they take to load.. Granted they are sometimes wrong, to a hilarious degree.

Sites that do "list" articles ("The 100 greatest...", "15 things to look out for when you...", etc) and feel absolutely compelled to put each and every item on a separate page, and then force you to click through them all one at a time to get to the one that you're interested in..
