I've learned a few things since I started offering the Google-Hosted @trioptimum.com E-mail addresses for anyone who wanted one.
A) The directions are evidently way too hard for some to follow.
B) Roughly 20% of you who request an account will never log into it. . . not even once.
C) There's at least one jackass out there who will bitch to me via the wrong account about their forgotten password like it's my fault.
D) Most of you have been very cool about it. Thanks!
