Well, I've been unable to get this Dwimar Varyos guy to say much, and I can't find any of the smuggled pots in his house.
Anyone know what I'm supposed to do?

Oh boy oh boy - this quest took me SO long to figure out...
In the end I just killed him and took *EVERYTHING* in the house... During that process I found the Dwemer part I was looking for. Then I reloaded and stole it properly :9
