Ok. So I killed Simons and got all the way back to the exit where the URV's are. Gary Savage tells me that I need to open the Bay Ports, which I do. The Bay Doors open and I swim around for hours trying to figure out how to get to the command module. What am I missing? I can't get back in the URV, I've gone through the entire Ocean Lab looking for a secret passageway, hatch or whatever. I don't find anything......I'm going nuts!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

AFAIK, all you have to do is to open the bay doors and use the submarine in that's waiting. That's the way I remember it.
