It all depends on what you want... Latin music has a pretty wide span; are you looking for larger or smaller ensemble music? Here's what popped into my mind:

- Legendary jazz trumpetist (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miles_Davis) Miles Davis wrote an album called (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sketches_Of_Spain) Sketches of Spain, which is a kind of orchestral jazz arrangement of spanish folk songs.

- Or, you could try searching through the repertoire of the (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buena_Vista_Social_Club) Buena Vista Social Club or the (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afro-Cuban_All_Stars) Afro Cuban All-Stars.

- For something in between, albeit more modern, I suggest (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ray_Barretto) Ray Barretto's excellent album Time Was Time Is.

Okay, two of the three suggestions I've made are more Cuban than Spanish. I confess I'm rather ignorant of Spanish trumpet music; so if you're looking for more traditional, strictly Spanish trumpet music, I'm confident that someone else will be more able to answer than I.
