Really? I had no trouble getting my Mortgage and I was never in debt before then at all. I just had my credit card that I kept paid off. You would typically have to provide proof of income or what have you, but this plan has worked quite well for me.

Ha ha. Don't take it seriously man. Tags are used for a lot of insulting/harrassing these days. Just look at the goddamnit dethtoll tags that some people (and you can guess who) put in every thread even when he hasn't posted.
There is even a thread about the very subject which he posted in long after he had been ridiculed about the tag "summoning" him or something.
Don't worry about it, its nothing but a bit of new humour that I for one have been quite enjoying. Oh the forum in jokes. How we laughed.

Thats what makes the scam good, it plays off the "smart" customer assumption that the credit card company already knows the information.
