Eh, I reinstalled and patched it (up to 1.0005 or 6 I think?) but now the game seems to think it was never installed. It continually starts the autoinstaller when I insert the DVD, no matter what DVD drive I use.

Uninstall, reinstall, patch to v.05 and then no-cd it.

Looks like if the installer forgot to make necessary registry entries.

Y'know, I'm finding myself forced to resort to no-cd patches more and more recently. Thanks Scots and BR, I'll give it a try.

My DVD got irreperably damaged by a faulty drive, so I resorted to downloading it :(
