I got a land deed from baron alen and I cant find wear the land is I read the directions on the deed but I still cant find it please help

The land deed is for the house Hlaalu when u begin the construction of your manor.To get there u should follow the trail south from balmora but dont cross the bridge keep going till it goes up a hill.There it will be the odai platuea(sp?) which is just some land unless u have started your manor
