One thing that sucks about not being able to enchant on the fly, is you can't enchant random gear you find. I think it ups the sale price(not sure)

Fairly certain it does. Using Sigil Stones on an item will up its price considerably.

I did the gate at level 1...Nordic spellsword with a steel claymore and iron armour. It was pretty easy all the easy through, [SPOILER]I remember thinking that Dremora should have been harder to kill.[/SPOILER]

any monster for that. i mean, i could kill anything in 1 arrow(w/ shadowhunt), or an attack(w/ elven long). both of these were sneak, of course, but......

I thought the game was much easier at level 1. I remember thinking, "Wow, if all fights are like this, I'm set."
Things really start getting difficult when you face multiple opponents. Some opponents are hard even 1 on 1 - the Clannfear automatically damages you when you hit it as well as doing strong damage through attacks, and the Will o' Wisp (later) will start draining many of your stats and your health all at the same time.

I'm level fifteen and facing three Dremora k-something and about eight Clannfears at the same time (I didn't sneak through blood feast). It was insane, I [onioned] them with my elven longsword. I was like,"BOOM, HEADSHOT!!!!"then, "BOOM, FACE SHOT!!!.... [celery-ing] [cabbage] left and right.... but I didn't save.... just to go back and do it again. Oh yeah. I [raddish]

I'm level 46 and am so powerful I'm fighting the boss mobs from other games.
Bowser and Jon Irenicus are pretty hard.

I did the Oblivion Gate a Kvatch at about level 6/7 and it was still really easy.
