I tell myself I'm a voracious reader, but haven't had the pleasure of digging into any of his novels. My added loss is that I won't be able to celebrate his work while he is alive. In the meantime, bumping Vonnegut a little higher on my massive readlist. :(

Cat's Cradle was the "one with Ice-9" in it, it was a brilliant book in my opinion.
