So is GarrettLoader now at a point where we can just download, click and go? I haven't touched T3 in ages (since I prefer modding for D3), but it might be time to re-install if FMs are starting to come out for real.

OrbWeaver, GL is pretty much at that point, I have a new install package to test on a few people tommorrow and then I should be able to release version 1.22 (version 1.21 was at a stage that I think is quite stable to run all the T3 FMs and 99% of the T1/G/2 FMs, I have also tried it on 2 SS2 FMs fine and 6 Doom 3 FMs fine as well (which I hope is fine then to run TDM FMs), V1.22 just fixes a couple of minor bugs which should now allow KOPT1-9 to run).

in it after running with GL? Also as you have the editor, have you set up GL to kick off version 2 of Thief Launcher when you play thief 3 FMs via GL? (this process resets you T3 registry entries so that thief 3 will then use files from your game install and not your editor install, it just makes it easier than remembering to do it yourself)

I downloaded Krellek's Labyrinth !.0
IT loads to the first screen where you can read the objectives
when I press Start..to enter the actual game
it starts loading and then blows off (The Game Shuts down)
This is only on Labyrinth, I can play all the other FM's just fine
I did notice that included with the game is a user.ini and a userpatch.ini

Stray Kernel_*.ibt files, t3 registry pointing to the wrong install, wrong T3Main.exe, and low vertex pools in user.ini are usually the cause of that.

I'll get back to you on the user.ini stuff, but I'm not using Thief Launcher - I only have my editor install. This could be part of the problem though. :erm:

This mission usually slows down in the editor as well. It's a lot better on a stand-alone t3 install.
I included a user.ini in the fan mission extras folder.

I can play the other FMs/ or reload the originals and play...just the Labyrinth is doing this

I think the Labyrinth is the only fm so far with custom textures and objects. Also the map ibt file is 2 or 3 times larger.
I don't know what else to tell you except search through this forum & the fm forum :confused: It's a common problem & you might be able to find a solution better than I can.

I had the same problem as keyplayer with version .8, but 1.0 seems to be working fine. :D I never figured out what the problem was and haven't changed anything since then, so I guess I'm not much help. Sorry. :p

After loading the game and clicking play from Gl , I aborted the game, looked at user.ini and it had not changed (Original file).
I copied and pasted ((From the user_patch.ini) into it and tried again, when I checked again the user.ini had reverted back to the original file ..No vertex entries at all.
I then got the brainstorm to modify user.ini once again only this time I went straight to the TDS short cut on my computer (by passed Gl and darkloader)and got into the game without problems.
So there is a work around for any one having this problem
