I try the "do NOT kill any human being".
so far amazingly easy! (Paul and turrets helped a lot) But now I'm in the MJ12 Facility and I don't want to kill this man in black. But I cannot sneak past, so he has to go. I emptied two clips of KO darts into him, he groans but he doesn't lie down... :bored:
Is it possible to get them sleeping? darts? E-prod? ..?

I can't actually remember if it's possible or not. However, if you want to quibble, you could say he's a bot and not really a human, letting you kill him. Or you could (and this is tricky) try taking out one of his arms, making him drop his weapons and run away. I managed it a couple of times with the Dragon's Tooth but I imagine it is possible with careful shooting.

Tranq darts WILL K.O. a M.I.B. but you need a lot more than two clips. Stun prod will work too, but you will have to empty a clip or two to do it.

I had no trouble knocking out MIBs with the stun prod. Usually two shots would take them down. I'm not sure if melee skill affects how well it works, but it's certainly possible.

To knock out an MIB its pretty easy. First shoot them with your 10mm Pistol or stealth pistol. until they are pretty Damaged. THen one or two shots with the Tranq darts. Bam down he goes. If you have Master Melee and Combat Strength you can KO him with the Baton. If you have targeting its easier. Just shoot him until he's on "Low Health" and then tanq dart. You can do that do all the "bots", even Walton Simons. but its REALLY hard to do. Especially on realistic. If you are on Easy, not a problem. But simons takes 3-4 head shots with the Sniper rifle in addition to other punishment. But you can do it. Hope that helps.

Killing MIB with low tech weapons is dangerous, 'cuz you know why... they will explode and damage you seriously. If you put him down in such a way, better quicly run away from the body...
They can be easily "disabled" with just one swing with the classic or dragon sword, precisely aimed at head, but you will have to be at least advanced in using melee weapons or have the melee combat aug activated...

You can knock out Walter Simons? And we know you can knock out Gunther and we know you can avoid killing Nevarra, with a lot of trying [you have to get her to start running, but this method would probably also work]... So it's possible to finish the game completely without killing?

I generally train up low-tech and have no problem at all knocking out MIBs with a single "shot" from the stun prod. Go for the middle of the back with surprise. Without surprise it usually takes 4 shots to put them down. IME it's by far the best way to deal with that MIB during your escape from the MJ12 lab.
