I put a FleshEating plant -3083 into my mission, and then I added a Toxic stim. This plant already has a Toxic stim with Contact as the propagator, but I added a second stim with Radius.
I went into game mode and the stim worked fine. After I exited back to editor mode I noticed that the stim was gone. I deleted the FleshEating plant and then I went back into game mode, and for some unknown reason many of the AI were dying.
To make a long story short I figured out that all of the plants in the mission had the Toxic stim, and somehow dromed put the Toxic stim I added into the MatVegetation metaproperty.
I guess this shows that new dark is related to old dark. :)

Well I added the second stim to the concrete object which doesn't have MatVegetation visible. I didn't ever click on MatVegetation nor did I collapse any of the levels until I tried to figure out what went wrong.
Another odd event happened just before this. I went into game mode, everything worked fine, and came back to the editor, then I started watching YouTube with dromed still running behind my browser. When I tried to go back to dromed it wasn't running anymore and there was no error. My p_portal.cow was the only save since I added the flesh eating plant. I re-optimized my mission, went into game mode to see the AI near plants dying.
