Killed a corpusarium patient - now what?

While going through the Redoran quests, I paid a visit to Tel Fyr. While exploring the corpusarium, I accidentally killed a corpus patient. I didn't get any warnings, so I didn't think anything of it.

Now, about a week later (game playing time), I've contracted corpus as part of the main quest. I'm told to visit Tel Fyr again, but because of the previous death he won't speak to me.

I have a saved game from a week ago, but I don't want to lose all this progress. Is there any way to get the corpus cure in my situation (console cheats, mod, etc..)?
