Yay, lizardmen are back!
To be honest I think that they should have been included in the base game anyway given their prominence in the first UW.

They've shifted the enhanced music goal and put it along side the companion creatures goal, so if they can raise $44k in the next 34 hours we'll get both.
It's possible but I think it'll be a close call. Fingers crossed.
I just hope they're not pulling a Peter Molyneux and throwing out promises that will be hard to keep. They've passed the funding goal, everything else is gravy.

Hmm.. I've been watching the documentary and following the development fairly closely and I don't remember them seriously talking about a second KS for Broken Age. They did end up making a second KS, but that was for another game entirely -- Massive Chalice.
I can't find anything about it now, but I remember reading that DF considered starting another KS campaign because they bit off more than they could chew after being overwhelmed by the success of Broken Age's run. They decided against it, and split the game into two instead, hoping to make up the money needed with sales driven from the release of the first half.
Now I do remember people freaking out when DF went back to the well a second time for Massive Chalice, but I don't think I'm getting my wires crossed here.

You bastards didn't pledge enough. We're not getting Vorpal Bunnies now because you're all cheap!
What are Vorpal Bunnies?
Are they the land-borne version of piranhas?
*trying to picture a horde of bunnies chewing apart a giant spider*

Vorpal bunnies are a cross between the killer rabbit that Vae just posted and the "vorpal sword" from Lewis Carroll's poem, Jabberwocky:
’Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.
“Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
The frumious Bandersnatch!”
He took his vorpal sword in hand;
Long time the manxome foe he sought—
So rested he by the Tumtum tree
And stood awhile in thought.
And, as in uffish thought he stood,
The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,
And burbled as it came!
One, two! One, two! And through and through
The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
He went galumphing back.
“And hast thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!”
He chortled in his joy.
’Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.
The devs thought it would be funny to have a bunny rabbit that could take off your head.

Because sound work and music is definitely in the over-ambitious, "promising the moon" territory. Right?

Last update: Otherside is announcing Paypal for further funding after Kickstarter ends!
Just passed $775k for Necrotic Graveyard!
Renzatic on 5/3/2015 at 16:48
21 hours to go, and $23k til Vorpal Bunnies! If it doesn't make it, you all should be ashamed of yourselves.
