Hi, I am having this problem in all fan missions as well as the original game. Sound is OK, the AI's move and attack me but I seem to be frozen in place. It happens when I load saved games and when I start a new mission. Everything was fine up to a couple days ago (the problem started after power was interrupted during play of a fan mission) .Mouse and keyboard work fine in other applications. Any ideas? ( I am running Win7 64bit)

It's possible (but very rare) that you might have a corrupt "user.bnd" file, its where all the keybinds are stored. Just delete the file and redo all your key binds in game.

thanks, this is good to know... i ended up doing a complete re-installation. Next time it locks up I'll try this first.
