Keith Floyd passed away yesterday. (

What a character he was. From his shows, I learned the use of good ingredients, and how cooking hearty and good food needn't be an arduous job. He didn't take himself seriously in the shows, had a great presenting style, and was larger than life.
I think I'll just have a quick slurp in remembrance of him.
