I found a ton of other T1 and 2 sounds in another video on that site, but won't post the link, it's a pretty horrific and twisted montage

Yeah it's the same sound with other stuff added in. I also heard that sound in a movie, Shaun of the Dead if I'm not mistaken

I'm pretty sure most of the sound effects used in Thief (including the one in the Film4 logo) are stock. That's why some of them are also in Shaun of the Dead.
