Before the holidays, every time I accessed the TTLG forums, I was logged in automatically. After I returned to work yesterday after a couple of weeks' break, the automatic login hasn't been working anymore. Even though I've checked the "Remember Me" box when logging in, the forums don't "remember" me, and I have to log in again every time I've been away from the computer for too long, which annoys me. Why is this happening? Is it me or the forums?

Try clearing out your ttlg cookies and cache on your work machine in case something has got a bit awry there.

I have the same thing. I don't know what really causes it, but it's a bit annoying.

Clearing out the cookies and cache seems to have done the trick. Still, a bit odd that two of us had the same problem at the same time. Which browser are you using, PotatoGuy?

vBulletin changed part of the security process with the information created in the cookie with the latest security update, which was released over the holidays.
If you had a slightly corrupt cookie, or a cookie that for what ever reason couldn't be overwritten you wouldn't be able to stay logged in.

It seems to work for me after clearing out the cookies again. I'm using Firefox by the way.
