Congrats! I'm very much looking forward to this coming out and hearing/reading what people think of it. Do you have an ETA, or is it bad luck even to ask?
henke on 2/11/2015 at 13:52
Yeah I was wondering about that too. At the start of the year didn't you have an ETA for around this fall, Koobs? :sly:
Pyrian on 2/11/2015 at 14:28
Congratulations again. :cheeky: So what did it take in terms of rank and upvotes to get greenlit these days?

Games are always late.

Congrats, man! :) Can't wait for the full release. Looks like you poured a lot of blood and sweat into this one - here's wishing you deserved success!

That's great - looking forward to playing (and buying!) it when it's released.

Looking at end of Jan or Feb. Mostly for marketing reasons, too many triple-As coming out now and want people to recharge after holiday shopping. Game is pretty much done so its just a bit extra polish I can squeeze in. And finalized my localization code so now looking at getting the Polish and other versions ready :D
@Pyrian, it was a bit of a surprise, I was somewhere around 75% to the top and like 2 days later we were green (11 days total). About half half split on votes, I think around 2k unique vistors total. I noticed some of the games that went on Greenlight same day as me also got greenlit, so guess Valve did a big random push towards the end of the week. That, or they realized how amazingly awesome Karaski is, as they should :p;)

Aye, over 2 years of dev and learning Unity along the way. A lot changed during dev, lots of things learned, and money spent. In retrospect a way bigger bite than I could chew jumping straight from Postmortem but o well, no regrets right :P ?

I'm happy to share 4 glorious minutes of gameplay in the latest video below! It showcases multiple approaches using various tools, breaking into rooms, and social stealth.
Enjoy Guys!

I'm not touching any preview material - when are you expecting to release? I want to go in completely clean.

I almost feel like playing the beta again, but wanna wait for the finished product.
