There is a cuirass in a chest by the guy in the very top of the 'Tel Fyr' tower, (Ulvieth Fyr) I think his name is... He's wearing all daedric armor. The cuirass has a constant effect enchantment of Resist Magicka 30%, which would be a perfect co-client for the Boots of Blinding Speed...
You can also do what I did and find some soul gems, soul trap a bunch of creatures, then trade your trapped soul-gems for enchantments! Then get an exquisit robe or locket or something and get it enchanted with a constant effect Water Walking! Then you'll never have to worry about slow travel again!
