Going back to the training a little bit, I usually try to have some fun with it..
Ever take that private that was rendered unconcious to the security bot? It's possible.
You can throw Lams at the Security Bot and the guys in the stealth cource as well.
You can have the pistol and sniper rifle during the stealth cource, however you wont have any ammo.
Havent done much else.

Completed the mission with two or three kills and two or three KOs.
[spoiler]Took the secret tunnel to the rear entrance of the secure area where Herrmann was being held, but couldn't get him out without using my weapons.
Also used the fire extinguisher and 'cattle prod' to KO the two guards near the top of the statue where the leader is. Got him out alive, only to find all the other 'terrorists' where killed by my 'collegues'.

[spoiler]But first I had to take care of the Subway hostages:
Climbed out of the bottom vent shaft nearest to the Subway stairs and crawled into a corner. Waited until the guard nearest to me stood still, and then opened fire with my stealth pistol, killing all (four?) terrorists on the platform before they could set off the explosives.
On to "hell's kitchen" and have saved the 'pretty girl' from the pimp, and have chatted to various folks in the bar (but not to the reporter).
Have also gotten into the warehouse and found some interesting passage ways.
Now I'm sitting in my brothers hotel room (nice) and have found his computer terminal.
I guess it's back to that warehouse, next.

Make sure you search Hell's Kitchen thoroughly - I missed half the locations on my first run through :o
I know it's a little late, but... have you tried entering both toilets at UNATCO HQ before going to Manderley's debriefing? ;)

[spoiler]Oh yeah, about the subway hostages, one time I shot the TNT from the vent shaft in the ceiling and got "told off". The other time I came out of the wrong vent shaft and got spotted ... the terrorists set off the bomb and I was BBQ. [/spoiler]
It's quite disturbing when your character is on fire, and you're running around, only able to see flames, and you hear your character screeming and the health is going down and down until you eventually die.

I think I've explored everything at least twice.
