HI when im in advanced training, and i have to shoot, i click the right mouse button like the trainer says, but i only walk backwards slowly. If it means anything, my attack control under the config says empty

Just rebind the controls to your preference. :)

i always rebind before i do anything. dark engine games' default controls are insane.
