Been around these forums a while now but I never got around to playing Terra Nova, well I did just that this weekend. I'm still in awe how Looking Glass was able to make such great games and hardly have the success. I know the graphics are 7 years old but when you think back as to what other games were out then they really blow you away (they did me any way). The weather effects and the water reflections were very good. All done in software :) If Tribes 3 single player is anything like TN it should be great! Hope Irrational does just that. Go SFC!

Yep, I'm looking forward to a "Tribes 3" demo to see if it feels anything like jetting around in Terra Nova :) (I wonder if there are any ex-T.N. folks with the Irrational team doing Tribes?)

Terra Nova was graphically stunning when it came out; I occasionally used it for "Virtual Hiking" by trying to climb the mountains in various maps. :cool:
