What exactly does "OSA" stand for? I don't seem to recall anyone in the game ever stating what the branch's full name is (granted, I haven't played the game in a few months, so my memory might just be spotty).

I'm assuming it's a reference to the (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Office_of_Strategic_Services) OSS from WWII, but that still doesn't really help much in the name department.

OSA probably means Office of Special Affairs.
Note that this is (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Office_of_Special_Affairs) also the name of a department of the Church of Scientology.
