Do you know where to get a really good axe near the start? I really need one becouse it's in my major skills and the games getting tougher,At the moment i'm using the Steel-war-axe.

[SPOILER]In Seyda Neen, behind the lightehouse, there's an enchanted axe in a stump in a small bog. You 'll probably have to jump up on the rocks near by, then onto the stump itself to reach it.[/SPOILER]

There are lots of good swords (and other weapons) in the game, and you'll come across a lot of them as the game progresses. In the meanwhile, check with Wayn in the Balmora Fighters Guild (I think that's his name - he's a Reguard on the main floor) - he sells weapons and armor. He should have a shortsword called something like "Dwemer Jinksword" that you can buy. It's a shortword that casts paralyze on strike. While this is far from the most powerful weaon in the game, it's a big help for a newish character.
