Before I invest in a new computer, I have a few questions about MW. First, what is needed before 32-bit color/resolution or whatever can be activated in order to play the game, pretty sure all thats needed is a GeForce2 or higher.
Also, and I know this isn't directly related to the above quieries, but what are the limitations of the TES contruction editor, can you build cities, caves, ruins, jungles, swamplands, and the rest of the environments in the game?. Is there a way to create new NPC's, and place custom voice wav. files into their programming?. Will there be an option to create new creatures in MW?. K, I think that's it. Thx in advance for any replies.

Hrm... I'd say a GF2 would be the bare minimum.
As to your other questions:
New areas/environments: Yes
New NPCs: Yes
New wavs for NPCs/creatures: Yes
New creatures: Unless you have something like 3D Studio Max, you'll have to use the existing critter shapes; you can re-texture them, of course, w/ a little hex editing.
