Anybody know where or if I can download System Shock 2 journal entries? I'm feeling all nostalgic and creepy...

They're in I THINK book.crf(not sure of the extention). crf files are renamed zips so unzip, or better yet view, and poke about till you find the right files and unzip ). The sound enteries are in the snd.crf file I believe and you'll have to do a bit of sorting to find wha'ts what.
There is, I think, a site that has all of the logs/journal enteries up for viewing/listening.
