aight.. i gotta a problem. sugar tooth sais something like "We have certain requirements, and you don't meat them"
i was wondering how to get in.. considering all my stats (Strength and those things) are above atleast 30, which i know is good enough for atleast the lowest rank. then i got sneak and security and light armor around 50.. which i know are main theives guild skills.. so now i'm stuck.
and if you don't know how to do that.. maybe help me one this.. a code..

but i can't figure out what it wants for the faction name.. ive tried loads of things.. from
Thieves_guild to thieves to guild_of_thieves and everything in between. any help is greatly appreciated.

Do you have Wakim's game improvements on? If so, you need attributes minimums of 30 personality and 35 agility.

if you did the quest of getting the code book from sottilde for the fighters guild you can't join the thieves guild afterwards. so maybe that was it.
