I have the same questions as Downwinder been searching for a long time. Also I can't find a key to the door labeled private property.

Its can only be opened from the inside, and its the basement of one of the larger properties you will enter...

There is a stone gazeebo above the main gate, look out of one of the 3 windows and you will see whats look like a nest

The
invitation:
This can be found quickly as the
pawnbroker has it behind
his locked shop door in the bazaar area.
The
key you need is
right above you!
You then have to
destroy the letter to check this objective - which is easy when you are
in the vicinity of a big mass of water...
The
dagger:
It's apparently the hardest to find
item in the mission.
First you have to find a
key that a bird stole and brought to his nest.
I've described where to find it in my earlier post (#15).
Then you have to find & enter the
small keeper apartment/outpost in this mission.
This is located at the highest point of the map: above the highest "waterfall".
Simply follow the
"Thieves Highway" to where you can
cross the chasm on a "double-piped-bridge". The
keeper is located right from there...
There should be enough
wooden beams for you...
In this appartment you'll have to
find & open the entry to the "secret meditation room" first...
Then you'll have to
unlock the room with the key you found earlier.
