Since the horror sewer is not accessable, is it ever explained what´s wrong with the guy the letter in the locker talks about? Is he some serious serial killer that hides his corpses down there? Or is he a weird creature that finds his victims down there? Or is he just a sadistic guy that loves to see other people´s anxiety? And what do the sewer patrols see down there every 5 years? :DI would also like to know this. I like to read expanded lore. The more the better. Maybe in Twilights Over Driftstone v2 or Enhanced edition...
