No, it's not intended. In beta testing this guard was sometimes standing on a table but not on the chairs. So I added a marker with path block there. Should've added path block marker over the chairs too apparently. Thanks for reporting this!

yeah i also seen guard on chair in jail lower area, left and came back and he was on patrol, i don't think anything of value is in that area?

We are very spoiled lately with new great missions. I played on Normal and found less than a half of loot, I will certainly replay sooner or later.

I finished with missing 2000 loot and only 3/13 secrets:erm:
Very enjoyable mission. I have to admit, I was expecting the typical kinda thing: Garretts brings the gem to his client and ends up being betrayed. I even expected some pagan monsters to appear since the horror was building up all over the mission. It was kinda refreshing that it was nothing of this typical stuff :)
Since the horror sewer is not accessable, is it ever explained what´s wrong with the guy the letter in the locker talks about? Is he some serious serial killer that hides his corpses down there? Or is he a weird creature that finds his victims down there? Or is he just a sadistic guy that loves to see other people´s anxiety? And what do the sewer patrols see down there every 5 years? :D
