I've seen this. Good song. What I want to know is am I imagining the nurse with blood seeping from the corner of her mouth? Did she take a bite of his old heart?

That's (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bOigld3D1k) Phoebe Bridgers as the nurse, and I think it's supposed to symbolize passing the musical creativity torch. In (https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-news/jackson-browne-phoebe-bridgers-cleveland-heart-video-1170708/) this Rolling Stone article Jackson is quoted as saying: "Who better to hand [it] to than somebody young, strong, and possibly as cynical as me?"

I wondered if anyone familiar with Thief was involved with designing the heart.
