I found the sword a long time ago, and proceeded to sell it. Now I found out that I need it for an Imperial Legion Quest, and I can't find it anywhere ( I am using the plugin that puts a fence at each shrine and temple.) How can I retrieve it?

Use the Force Roobomb.

player->additem claymore_chrysamere_unique 1

Yeah, and if you ever find the real one, just bring up the console, click the sword (you have to drop it first) and type disable That will make it disappear, effectively ridding the game of two Chrysamere's. Or you can sell it and make lots of money while keeping your duped sword... But why would you want to do that? It's cheating ;)
