I kind of lost the thread of this one. I thought it was just a nice way of prompting a recollection of all the nice things women have done for you. Grandmas bannana pudding and bedtime stories. Moms keeping all those goofy handmade cards. Sis taking the time to teach reading with poor little kittens who have lost thier mittens. The second grade kissing game where they got to kiss you if they caught you and how you always ran a little slower for that one girl. Your daughter reading you a bedtime story for a change and how you actually did fall asleep. Your wife remembering an offhand comment and buying you a fiddle of all things.
I guess I never considered the sociopolitical import or how Madame Currie made my dental exam more accurate. To top it off I now crave cheese, Lebonese hash, and Tommy Tutone. As usual I can't figure if I'm crazy or the world is.
