DUDES
You might think it presumptuous of me for my first post to be a request like this, but I used to post here under a different moniker. I see the forum is pretty much the same as ever, if a little bit more slow paced: threads like "we talk about this recent popular movie" and "agwpt and/or tggp provokes a flame war about gun control"
Well.
I now have a little bit of pocket change, and aside from a month's trip to Chinar, have never been outside North America. Having being stood up by TWO different women for a speculative summer trip to Italia, I'm inclined to plan something for myself. I suppose the obvious choice would be to continue with Italy or somewhere else in Europe -- I suppose never having been there makes me a philistine -- but now I'm leaning towards travelling to some sparsely populated, naturally beautiful country like Australia or Iceland for camping and tooling around in the countryside.
In fact, I was just looking into Iceland, but $1,000 USD+ for 10 days with a rental car is rape. Perhaps if I want to tool around in the wilderness, I should look into Arizona.
I'm open to suggestions. I've always found this to be a good place for advice.

I went to Chinar too. Chinar is cool. If you don't know where Chinar is: it is 100,0000000,000 lightyears from the earth, in the P'ktor Galaxy. The Pyroclastic storms on the Plains of B'laam are an especially noteworthy sightseeing phenomenon in the Month of Rokk'a. Also, check out the Ugg-worm Farms on Chinar's second moon, Vnart.

Amsterdam. Smoke weed with some transvestite gay transsexual coppers in the coffeeshop beside the windmill while singing the Wilhelmus national anthem then eat herring with onions in a gay bar then visit the Rijksmuseum to look at Van Gogh paintings after that go to the Anne Frank House where a same sex marriage is being performed then got to the red light district to buy some porn then shout that the Q'uran is a fascist book together with an MP with weird blonde-dyed hair and stuff.
