Did I miss something?
The part where it was for charity, and the part where MsLedd is TTLG royalty.
I will be happy to do my bit for the tits this year

Dear eep-person: Thank you for the chuckle your post gave me. :D Though it got 100x more funny after reading SD's comment implying an affiliation that just about made me pee myself laughing!
Help Help I'm drowning in the irony!!Have I mentioned how much I love all you people? Seriously, you're the BEST!
*MsLedd gives bob_doe_nz a warm fuzzy feeling*Couple of notes regarding the Paypal option:
* I completely was not thinking about the "service fee" Paypal takes from every transaction when I set this up. I decided to pick up the difference for each, so your donations go to Avon for the full amount you paid. BTW, if you use Paypal, and do not use the credit card option (ie: transfer from checking account or directly from Paypal funds) then there is no service fee. But, either way I don't mind picking up the extra.
* For each donation made via Paypal, I go to Avon's site and donate that amount using my credit card. So, technically (as far as Avon is concerned) all these donations came from me. I am able to put your name in the "Show As" field (check the "(

But I have to use my name and address to submit the donation, else my credit card will be denied (they're sorta funny about that stuff). Anyway, just wanted to make sure you all knew that. You know and I know where your donation came from, and it goes where it's supposed to, and that's what really matters, right? :)
Also, please remember folks.... most of your "real names" are unknown to me... let me know who you are! The "show as" field is not linked to the list of donors (one of many flaws in the design of the Avon site's interface), so I have to go back and forth and cross-check emails in the TTLG user files and in many cases ... guess. I'd like to thank you eash personally, and knowing who you are, well... that makes it personal for me. :)

Good luck getting to your goal... I mentioned it on my blog and I'll probably link to it on my MySpace also. Not sure if that will help any but who knows, I'm sure at least one of my myriad on-line friends out there must be feeling charitable.:thumb:

.............I'm never coming back. Seriously, I am never coming back to this place again. Life's too short to hang around negative people. So long, dorks!
Welcome back!
