\o/ for you, MsLedd!
I'm as poor as a churchmouse at the moment but as soon as that changes, you'll have another financial supporter. For now, I can only thank you. :D

Technically speaking, I've made no statements in this thread either supporting or deriding MsLedd's chosen cause.
You did, however, provided a link to a site that it's all about support. I think that's what Scotts was referring to.

Curses, outpunned!

Is there anyway to arrange for an alternative method of payment? I got rid of my credit cards, and haven't got my debit card yet. :(

Irony of ironies? The Loves in my family are Australian. :D
Apparently (as I've now been informed), the Loves in this family were actually Mackinnons or Mackillops back in Scotland. MrLedd is unclear exactly how/why/when the name change happened... I could find out, but that would necessitate a lengthy conversation with my father-in-law, probably involving several anecdotal stories and various charts and I've got a few other things to do atm. So, I'll have to get back to you on that :)

Does this include those who can't contribute tangibly?
But, of course! All types of support are needed, and appreciated. But, for the record... I'm all set in the sportsbra area. :cheeky:

The donation goal has suddenly jumped from $1,800 to $2,500
Indeed it has, and I am THRILLED! The $1,800 mark was the amount needed to secure my spot on the walk, so that's the goal I set. Having never done this before, I clearly had NO IDEA the kind of fantastic response this would generate. You all have blown me away, and I couldn't be happier, or more proud.
ZylonBane, face it, Scots pegged you. You have said nothing negative in this thread, and from you, I can only consider that high praise. :cheeky: Plus, for added frivolity/entertainment, that link you provided includes a virtual-nekkidboob-jiggling-simulator ;) ('course, it made mine ache just watching it).
Fig, I am sending you a PM, but for everyone's benefit:
Alternate payment is most definitely do-able. Checks/money-orders can be mailed to me (ask, and I'll give you my address), and I'll take care of submitting them along with a donation form. Or, if you'd prefer to send to the Avon Foundation yourself, email or PM your mailing address to me, so that I can send you the necessary form and envelope with which you can do so.
Either way, checks should be made payable to:
Avon Walk for Breast CancerYou can also include my name and participant number on the check:

That's what I love about ZB. In the rare occasion that he is beaten, he admits it, lets it go, and lurks in the shadows for his next opportunity to pounce. ;)

So not safe for work.
But I will experiment with it excessively when I get home.

Updated the main post with some AWESOME stats 'n stuff. :cheeky:
I thought of putting up a "TTLG Donation Honor Roll" list here with names only (as listed for recognition when donating). What you guys think?
