Terrific stuff, and how totally excellent that you documented the whole thing on camera :)

Mara - A noble woman for a noble cause.
It takes -real- ovaries for the survivors to keep on living with a smile.
It takes -real- ovaries for women to pitch in with the smallest, but sincerest, of gestures.
It takes -real- ovaries for women to start a walk, any walk, for the benefit of people that need it.
And it takes both nuts (men) and walnuts (women) to do it together, side by side.
Sometimes...it is great to be human.
You make us feel proud of you, girl.

Those poor cops, forced to wear pink. I swear I would prop my hands on my hips and prance away in a huff. Like a pony.
You done good lady. You made us all feel a little less powerless and more hopeful. Beats hell out of just crossing your fingers. For that you get the Tocky seal of approval which is good for changing the color of your eye in most bars worldwide. Maybe you should just keep it in your pocket. I am proud of you though.

Just popping my head in to say hooray and congrats, MsLedd!
My mother fought through a particularly nasty period with breast cancer about 10 years ago but came through ok, so this is especially inspiring to me. Way to go!
