I have a technical problem in the game. For a long time now, recorded objects no longer appear on the bottom right side of the screen. The sound can be heard when picking up the object. But I always have to first press the "next item" or "previous item" buttons and search for the item to see it.
I couldn't find any other place in the forum than this one. I didn't want to disturb the "Fan Missions" forum.
Who knows the error and can help me?
Oh yes, perhaps also interesting: when a task is completed, there is no sound and there is no message saying “objective completed”.

The first thing might be that Auto-Equip has been turned off. Look in the Game section of your options. The second one is probably Goal Notification, also in the Game section. In T1 it's off by default (it wasn't available at all in the original release, but it was made available for NewDark).
If that is the case, it may be that some FM included a config file that turned them off and for some reason your own settings didn't get reinstated when you chose subsequent missions.
