you kidding me, you think it's about "you got mad at me for pre-empting you yesterday" little man you got it all wrong. We were discussing the pros and cons of DVD/copy versus steam (imaginary games) We all have opinions and yours is just that an opinion. Dethtroll it must be hard for you to control your pride. Regarding of my three choices, can I take all three? :joke:
What makes Steam games more "imaginary" than storebought DVD games?
"SILLY NEOPHYTE! DISCS ARE PHYSICAL! THEY CAN BE TOUCHED AND FONDLED AND GIVEN LONGING STARES OF ADORATION"!
What? And the harddrive in my computer isn't? It's like a stack of discs in a big metal case that holds a whole bunch of games on them. If I wanted to, I could download my entire Steam catalog, buy 3 2TB HDDs, and make triplicate copies of every game I own there. Or I could burn them to a DVD individually, move them to an SD card, or a thumb drive, or whatever else allows me to write data to them.
The one reason why I miss games boxes is because, sometimes, the boxes and the manuals are pretty nice. But the whole "I like owning physical copies of my stuff" argument itself is pretty dumb, because when you download a game, YOU ALREADY HAVE THE EQUIVALENT OF A PHYSICAL COPY!

Yeah, but what are you going to do when the service that 6.9 million people are currently logged into in the middle of February with no special sales or new releases happening goes away?
