You're the only person in this thread who's got a hard on for Gore.

right...so why havn't we had more hurricanes this years? I honestly enjoy them, I think they're pretty cool to watch, most buildings down here are hurricane proof so I'm not real scared of em.

Erm...I seem to have lost the connection between the ID's and the democratic party.

Hahahaha seriously just stop cause you're going to read this tomorrow and wonder why the hell you were ranting about hurricanes in an immigration thread.

na trust me, dems should really consider why they're using them as a basis for political debate when they don't exist this year, people forget I guess...

But where does the hatred come from when the legal and illegal line is so arbitrary? What's the big deal? Where does the "fury" come from?
It's not about hatred, it's about frustration. Lord knows, a lot of these people's situations are tragic and you can hardly begrudge them for trying to cut in line, but we shouldn't encourage them. Rational people might agree that immigration should not occur at a faster rate than assimilation. This is impossible in the current situation, and that causes problems in schools, hospitals, prisons and various state and federal programs to name a few. It costs the tax-payers vast sums of money that is not reciprocated due to the sheer number of illegal newcomers fresh daily. This obviously beneftits certain unscrupulous buisness owners, but cheaper fruit and veggies just don't fill the deficit.
Also, it's my experience that angry white men often have nothing on immigrants who waited in line for years and came here legally. My Filipino and Lebanese friends could have their own talk-show on this issue. I don't know any non-latin immigrants that support illegal immigration, and it deserves mention that I know many hispanics that don't support it as well.

Then stop perpetuating a system where illegal immigration is an inevitable fact of life...:tsktsk:

Hurricanes are immigrants too! What the fuck are you talking about you spectacularly inebriated (huzzah, I spelled that right first time) moron. The 2007 hurricane season has joined the exclusive club of being one of only five seasons that have hosted more than one category five storm, it's matched the record for 8 storms in a single month and has the all out record for the fastest growing storm ever ever ever. It's killed in excess of 200 people and has caused damage valued just shy of $4billion. And it's not as though the season is over yet. God knows what you lot on the wrong side of the pond think global warming is about, but pretending that hurricanes haven't happened this year is something you can only claim if your head is firmly embedded in sand (or beer).

This is just terrible, I cant believe the government might want to know where illegal immigrants are and that they can drive safely. Clearly without this legislation the immigrants would go back to Mexico.
Damn the liberals and their media

White people in the USA having the bare-faced cheek to complain about illegal immigrants... you couldn't make this shit up.
