Don't worry you will get better at it.

I still use one at work just like the one that descenterace shows. I love the clicking sound when I type. Plus, it weighs a ton. Like DC said, I never thought people would still buy these things. I'm more used to see them treated like junk at work, so I simply took one and they let me bring it home :p
Plus, I have a tool to remove the keys from the keyboard to allow cleaning underneath them.

I wonder if there is such a thing as a wooden keyboard...
*search*
indeed, but $$$
still, one day, that would be pretty cool.

I really meant totally wooden like the Wood Contour ones, I don't see any point in getting a wooden-edged keyboard with plastic keys.

I would actually enjoy the feel of wood on my fingertips for long typing sessions, although $800 for a keyboard is just ridiculous. Considering that I have to replace my keyboard every few months thanks to the damned cat that clogs it up, it would be a much more practical purchase to get 80 keyboards with that kind of money. But that keyboard is drool-inducing.

"Holz Kontor's keyboards are made entirely of wood. Every key has been individually crafted from the same tree as the rest of the keyboard making the final product absolutely stunning and extremely expensive (around $800 a piece)."

I used to have a nice model M I swiped from a PS/2, worked great (verra verra loud though) but an errant beverage killed it and no manner of cleaning it would make it work. After searching for a few weeks, to my joy I found what looked to be an identical replacement...except when I examined it closer it was a knock-off (no clicky!) made by lexmark. :grr: Bastages.
What I would really like to find is a clicky keyboard, except made completely out of stainless steel. Imagine the LARTing possibilities!
