To cut a long story short, it tells me that "The password you have entered does not match your current one", and refuses to allow me to make changes to my account. I've already entered it in multiple times, both by hand, and by copying the info directly from my Lastpass vault. If I try to change my email, which needs to be done considering it's using my old address from a decade ago, it ends up telling me the exact same thing.
I NEED HALP!

Your existing password won't work - it was deliberately disabled to avoid the (unlikely) chance that someone brute-force attacks the encrypted password and starts posting spam in your name.
It's best to use the "forgot password" feature if you still have access to your email account. However, if you have a problem with the email address drop us a note via the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page or send me a PM if you prefer. It's a fairly quick, although manual, operation to change so we'll sort it out as soon as possible after letting us know.

I had the same issue. But Al_B fixed it for me. And at the same time, changed my nick to Gryzemuis.
