I found MP3s of the music from Ultima: Underworld, recorded from an MT-32. I moved the Morrowind songs and replaced them with these (including the title music--it times perfectly with the opening title movie!). Also put the combat music in the right folder, as well as the death song. In Underworld, there are little short music clips that play after random bits of silence. Very atmospheric. So, to emulate this, I created 4 MP3s of different lengths of silence, ultra-low quality to conserve disk space. The final effect is awesome.
Here's my files:

The experience is fantastic, if you are a nolstalgic UW fanatic like me. You can, of course, add any other Ultima MP3s or other game musics. This setup is definitely my fav, tho.
