I was just taffing around in the editor checking out the player strongholds when, much to my dismay, I found some punk standing in MY prospective bedroom. My question is, will the punk in question show up one day and start acting like he owns the place just because he has the same last name as MY manor? I payed for it damn it!

He is there for the other two houses' quest to that place (ie. to turn him into a pile of goo). He shouldn't show up unless you do something weird or encounter a bug.
